Sleeplessness & Fever

Before my mother passed away, I used to talk her ear off about the candles I wanted to make. At the time, I was learning how to blend beeswax, shea butter, and coconut oil for body butters. I would talk to her about how I would learn how to make candles with the beautiful perfume oils she had brought back with her from her travels to Saudi Arabia and Egypt. She used to quote Nike and tell me, “Just do it.” So I did.
